The Veil is Thin: A Samhain Retreat
A 3-day journey to set your intention for winter
Beschreibung
As the nights grow longer and the veil between worlds grows thin, you’re invited to step out of the noise — and into the mystery. Held over Samhain, a powerful seasonal threshold, this 3-day retreat is a space to slow down, shed old layers, and return to what’s real. It’s not about becoming someone new — it’s about remembering who you already are. Through sacred medicine, Samhain lunar ritual, somatic movement, and sacral dances, we gather to reconnect with our bodies, our rhythms, and the unseen. This is for anyone longing to reconnect — to body, breath, earth, and spirit — as we transition into the dark half of the year. What’s Included: - Sacred Medicine to open your heart with the seasonal plant allies Hawthorn and Rosemary - Somatic Movement sessions focused on the pelvis - Restorative time in nature and deep, intentional rest - Community connection — honest, grounded, and held in respect for each person’s lived experience - Guided Sacral Dance sessions with an on-site teacher -Organic and locally grown produce to make shared nourishing meals -Self service breakfast -Samhain Fire Ceremony on Saturday night: burn the old, honor the ancestors, and set your intention for winter - Lunar rituals and creative integration spaces - Rest and introspection held by nature, firelight, and silence - Connection to land, ritual, and community - Optional 1:1 somatic or integration sessions Who This Is For: This retreat is open to all genders, all bodies, and all levels of experience. You are welcome here whether you’re grieving, curious, unravelling, transitioning, or simply seeking a deeper connection to yourself and the season. No fixing. No performing.
